One of the dirtiest phrases in a man’s vocabulary is premature ejaculation. No man wants to be known as the quick one…not when it comes to sexual activity, anyway! Early ejaculation may occur when a man does not have enough serotonin in his system or when he is very anxious about his performance in general. High anxiety, stress, over stimulation, hyper-arousal and hyper-sensitivity issues all come into play when a man is suffering from premature ejaculation issues. You will not find early ejaculation in a doctor’s handbook of diseases or conditions. It is the result of other surrounding issues the man is experiencing and so a doctor or the man himself must determine what it is that is happening during these premature ejaculation events.
One can certainly choose to go the route of medical intervention. Great strides have been made in treating premature ejaculation in a doctor’s office. Doctors have found great success in prescribing drugs that increase the level of serotonin in a man’s system. Very commonly used antidepressants called SSRIs increase serotonin levels and are very often used in treating early ejaculation. Interestingly, men who do not have a problem with their orgasms find that SSRIs can eliminate the orgasmic response entirely. So it is vitally important that if you are seeking medical intervention, that your problem is TRULY a problem and not just an occasional thing. If it is not a problem, treating with SSRIs can actually inhibit your sexual drive and sexual pleasure. Other medications include the new kid on the block, Tramadol. Tramadol is typically used to treat mild to moderate pain, but it also has a side effect of increasing serotonin in the system, although not as much as SSRIs and not by the same mechanism. Once again, be cautious in using this medication because it can inhibit normal sexual activity to your detriment.
Because of these potential side effects, men do not always seek out a doctor’s advice for premature ejaculation. There are excellent supplements and treatments outside of the doctor’s office that can help you attain a satisfying and lasting sexual experience, without all of the adverse side effects from pharmaceuticals. Several supplements for treating early ejaculation have been reviewed. The top five supplements are as follows: PrematureX, Rizer XL, Performer 5, DuraMale, and ProSolution.
ProSolution is at the bottom of these five products, with only a 50% effectiveness rating for treating premature ejaculation. In fact, customer service and overall value of this supplement ranked very low as well. DuraMale and Performer5 ranked 4th and 3rd. Both of these were rated very similarly for effectiveness, although Performer 5 got higher ratings for reaction time. Rizer XL had an 88% effectiveness rating with the fastest possible reaction time. Rizer XL is known to have at least 16 herbal supplements for male enhancement of all types. PrematureX is the supplement that ranked the highest among this group of supplements. 100% of men using this supplement said that it was effective for their early ejaculation problem with a k90% rating for reaction time. Truly, 100% rating for effectiveness is impressive! PrematureX and Rizer XL both had very high ratings in ALL categories, although PrematureX was quite a bit less expensive than Rizer XL.
When taking a closer look, it is quite apparent why ProSolution ranks at the bottom of the list of products and supplements. It is a topical gel and not a supplemental pill. Gels have their negatives including making the sexual partner less sensitive and causing too much insensitivity and inability to enjoy sexual intercourse fully. Rizer XL contains the most impressive mixture of herbal ingredients that seem to enhance each other when they are taken together. In addition, Rizer XL refines its product so that the customer ultimately will have the best possible experience without premature ejaculation issues. PrematureX also has an impressive list of herbal ingredients and vitamins, although unlike Rizer XL, its main thrust is toward preventing early ejaculation. Rizer XL, however, claims to help a variety of male problems and seems to deliver on pretty much all of their claims.
In the end, though, it will be you, the customer, who decides which herbal supplement or topical product works best for you and your partner.
